Bikram yoga is a demanding 90 minute series of 26 yoga postures conducted
at a temperature of 105 degrees designed for beginners to enhance flexibility,
prevent injury and promote detoxification. Having a regular yoga practice
stimulates and balances the endocrine, nervous,immune and cardiovascular
systems.
After every Bikrams beginner yoga class you will have worked every muscle,
tendon, ligament, internal organ and gland while systematically moving fresh
oxygenated blood to the body to help jumpstart our own bodys healing process.
